Been listening to her album for quite some time. I like her songs very much. Isn't so much the music but it's more like she sings from her heart. When she sings, it seems so pure and simple. As though she is singing to herself, you feel like you're being invited to a private performance. Simply enchanting :)

Finally I can have a break from studying. The semester ended for me as of today and I'm freeeeee! At least until next week that is. Just about a week break, but a little is better than none. Everyone else had two months off and I had about a week. Yet I hear them complaining about how their time just flies and their holiday is about to end. Feel the sudden urge of hitting someone...

Anyway, I went to Bukit Tinggi with my buddies last weekend and had a great time there. Yeah, I was suppose to be studying for my paper which I sat for this morning, but it was an opportunity not to be missed. Accomodation was free after all, courtesy of my friend's sis. What did Bukit Tinggi have? A Japanese tea village, a French village, horse trails and a rabbit park. Nice place to take pictures. The view is simply wonderful. However, being the computer freaks we all are, we brought our notebooks and hooked up for some LAN gaming. Hahaha. Talk about gaming fanatics. :)

Petition to Prime Minister ~ Phase II

Dear Animal Lovers and Advocates,

As you may be aware, the SPCA started a petition to the prime minster to raise the cruelty fine from RM200 to a significantly higher fine of around RM10,000.00. The petition, which included the signatures of supporters, was supposed to be handed to the prime minister in October 2004. However, this has not happened, as we only managed to raise 20,000 signatures. Due to the insufficient number of signatures collected during the first phase of this petition, the SPCA is entering a second phase in hope to collect at least 100,000 signatures locally and internationally.

Therefore, we are now entering a phase II stage of the petition whereby we would like you to join our effort for this cause. Please download the petition forms. Kindly photocopy it and distribute it for signatures to be collected. The more names we have, the better.

Please ensure that those who have already signed the form during the first phase of the petition do not sign the petition again.

All forms should be signed, signatures counted and returned to the SPCA by September 2006.

We need your every support as we try our best to stop these cruel acts and t punish those who do injustice to these helpless animals. Let us work together to bring justice to these voiceless animals.

Just watched the movie, Omen, with friends in my hometown and all I got to say is that the movie is rather boring. Banking on the hype of the rather special day 06.06.06, the movie has nothing much to show for. However, since we were celebrating my buddy's birthday which aptly fell on 06.06.06, watching it was a must :) It's nice to have been born on such a special date isn't it? I have another buddy who was born on 11th September. Rather macabre... Mine? Just a boring old 22nd July. Wonder whether a plague would suddenly break out on my birthday....

A new beginning........ once again

Fourth blog created by me and fourth blog that is going die in my hands. Unless of course it decides to kill itself first, due to my absurd ramblings and prolonged inactivity. As moody as I am, my writing is even more subjected to my unstable emotions and tends to take longer naps than a thousand tree sloths put together. Don't stick around to much, you'll probably die of ennui a.k.a. boredom. Hence the warning at the top. It's in latin. Go figure...
