I'm sure many of you have complained about the dumbass service from local phone companies. Well take a look at this.
Looks like the US phone companies are sometimes just as bad. The grass is not necessarily greener on the other side after all.

1US dollar is not the same as 1US cent...
then i don't understand why they can't see the difference loh. hahahaha.
There is A BIG DIFFERENCE la! These people don't know that 1US cent is one of a hundredth of 1US dollar! So, 1/100 of $0.002 is actually 0.002 cents. So, that's it. It's so simple. These people must be real dumbass not to be able to differentiate it. When you multiply 0.002 cents with a number of kilobytes of data used, for example, the resultant number is still in cents, not dollars! Oh dear!
