Somethings are just too good to be true
After that particularly harrowing experience of last week's assay evaluation where everything, from the recovery value to the coefficient of variation, ran totally, it is like a miracle to be plotting an almost perfect standard curve for this week's creatinine assay. I was feeling right up in cloud nine, that is until I calculated the control value and found out once again my assay is out of control range. Sigh...

understandable result... last time we do in batches, this time per cuvette... just never tought of getting such kind of nice results...
for the control range, you knew the teaching spectrophotometer la... all with problem one.... hahahaha.....
